Back in the day the police were fuled by racial tensions so hate towards black people was common. Todays society is a much more tolerant place, and although you have always got bad people in what every field, I believe that the Cops of today are mainly equal when it comes to distributing law. I've got just as much traffic citations as the next guy.

Was NWA right? Back then, they were. The racial dispute didnt end until....well, it still goes on but African Americans have gotten so much more freedom that it seems almost exstinct. Almost.
The effect that it had was always short-lived, and not it seems that racial dispute has become more of a crutch than it is a rhyme or reason. African Americans, and a lot of whites, too, use as the only reason a cop would arrest them, no matter how much weed they've sold or how drunk they are when they drive.

We've made a lot of advances int the past 60 years, unfortunately they were mostly technological advances. I believe people have become more tolerant towards people of different colors but that some racial tendencies are still present. Police officers today don't profile racially as much as they used to but instead of withdrawing their gun they call 3 or 4 other vehicles for back up during a routine traffic stop. Then again I guess that's a huge improvement from getting lynched.
