Now that Barack Obama is president. What new changes could we expect? I'm happy to see something new has happened. I wonder what is going on in Obama's head. Never in a million years would we image having a black president. To me color is nothing. All I care about is someone doing the right thing.

I am a hardcore Republican and believe in my party, but I found myself extremely disappointed in the Republicans choice for the presidential race. Obama brought up such good points and still has the right mind to keep the good parts of the last 8 years. I don't understand why everyone is putting up anti-Obama campaigns. Leave it to congress. If hes not doing a good job, they will remove him from office. Have trust in your government and try to beleive that they have your best interest at heart.

I wish I could trust my government, but the government has continually let me down on National and local levels. I really hope that Obama is the right man for the job, and even though I don't care that he's half black, I think many people did and let it cloud their judjment, especially black people.

I expect to see a lot of changes in government but not so much when it comes to racial issues. President-Elect Obama is no doubt a distinguished African American but major changes occur with time. I believe Obama will do a really good job in office and will definitely be the president of change. I just hope he gets a second term.
